Frog Pond Blues

Repetitive open tuned guitar, vocal drones, synthesizer, what more could you ask for? The tune starts at the 30 second mark.

A Story for Robin

Along with Nurse With Wound, I'd say my biggest influence is Zoviet France. With this piece I've tried to discover the mystical sound techniques used by Robin Storey in Zoviet France and Rapoon. I believe I have unraveled some of the mystery but for the real deal, you have to go to the source. This is meant as an homage to the great Robin Storey and not a cheap knock off.

Tea with the Somnambulist

Picture

Waking beneath the ice, Bonecreak Ulysses longs for something warm, something brown and liquidy to melt the sky. A concoction brewed from brown leaves and worms, steeped to perfection, enjoyed while reclining on a bed of white pine needles...

These recordings were created using very meager means. A cheap Yamaha keyboard (which even had a basic synthesizer), guitar, improvised sounds, a sampler and an analogue 4-track, which explains some of the hiss.
